Because we sell digital products, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products sold by TheMacsVendors are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been delivered or accessed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• You did not receive your digital product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was advertised.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.
• Not achieving expected business results.
• Finding a different vendor elsewhere.
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• Lack of experience using vendor information.
• Accidental purchases.

Returns

Because all products are digital downloads, returns are not accepted.

Order Issues

If you experience any issues receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any delivery problems.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchases and may be disputed with supporting transaction records.
